MAHOOT PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how personal information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Mahoot, Inc. and our subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “Mahoot”) with respect to your use of our websites and mobile applications where this Policy is posted (collectively, the “Services”). We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time and will indicate when changes have been made by revising the date at the top of the Policy. Your use of the Services following the posting of such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services. For example, we collect

on your hard drive by a website. We use cookies to see which areas and features are popular and

For example, if you create or log into your account through a third-party social networking site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information and friends, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third-party social networking site.

- We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.

Our Services may contain links to other websites. This Policy does not apply to linked sites and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices of those sites. Any personal information you provide on a linked page is provided directly to a third party and is subject to such third party's privacy policy. We encourage you to learn more about such third parties' privacy and security practices and policies before providing them with any personal information.

We take measures to protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES
You may opt out of receiving emails from Mahoot by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations. You may also request changes to your contact preferences and the personal information you have provided by writing to customersupport@mahoot.com
